		<description>what u should eat during training is alot of protien like meats. this helps muscles build easier and become stronger.  when u lift alternate what u work on. work on arms one day and legs the other day. u shouldnt over lift because ur muscles need time to rest and if u dont get the rest u will never get stronger. be patient u cant be a huge guy in a day.  work on a variety of excersises not just thing like benchpress.  work all ur muscles.</description>
