Not all rules are made to be broken – in fact, some rules will save you enormous amounts of time and frustration. If you use Microsoft Outlook you’ll be delighted by the time saved once you learn how to use Rules. (If you are a Mac user, check your Help menu for specifics – I understand that Apple Mail has similar capabilities).
